Director
Mr. Nehemiah Kanchisa
Mr. Kanchisa founded the group of companies in 2006 and then over 10 years developed it into a reputed Business Consulting Company and a recognized Commodities and Financial Brokerage. In this period, the company has also achieved success as a Project Investor, Financier & Infrastructure Developer in South America, Asia & Africa. He now leads the Company in the path of sustainable, influential and competitive progress.
In 1997, after completing Customs and Excise Clearing Course at Zambia Institute of Accounting in Lusaka Zambia, Mr. Kanchisa joined Manica Freight Services, a logistics and freight forwarding giant of Southern Africa region and rose through several ranks to Branch Manager for several branches including Lusaka, Kitwe and Chingola, Zambia. This also included numerous managerial opportunities within freight and forwarding industry with Danzas, and later DHL-Danzas Air and Ocean in Lusaka, Zambia.
Since relocating to the USA from Zambia in 2003, Mr. Kanchisa has served in various high-level positions in the USA and has founded, owned and run a number of companies. In 2006 Nehemiah single handedly founded Quick Tax Services in Dallas Texas, USA, with a view to establishing the company initially as a pro-bono tax services provider to refugees, international students and low-income communities and later diversified into Logistics, Commodity Trading & Product Sourcing.He later incorporated Global Pros LLC in Texas to continue the quest for expansion, growth and trading excellence in the Financial and Commodities Industry and also establish / sustain the company’s operations with Principles on the Americas and Africa thus giving a solid seamless trading platform in commodities and project development models.
He was later to incorporate Vitreous Holdings LLC in Texas which is now a share holding company in Vitreous Investments (z) Limited
In 2021 Mr. Kanchisa was appointed as a Project Ambassador and Member of the Board of Directors for a Consortium of Financiers in South Africa, Senegal, United States of America and Zambia and was asked to further strengthen the Consortium Global presence and Role in International Financial Trading, Humanitarian Projects & Worldwide Project and Investments.
Mr. Kanchisa holds a Bachelor of Science Economics- University of Texas and Master of Science Finance from A&M University in Texas. His other qualifications include: Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Chartered Institute of Marketing (P.G.Dip CIM) UK; Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, University of Leicester; Certificate in Freight Forwarding and Customs Affairs from ZICAS, Lusaka, Zambia; Associate in Sciences Degree Richland College, Dallas Texas; and SAP Global Certification University of Texas.
All his business models are sustainable, people centered, structured and executed with emphasis on socially disadvantaged communities, customer priorities, peace and justice for all and environment and with a long-term growth commitment to nations’ economic success.

Ms. Grace Chipo Mlanga
Ms. Chipo boasts of over 35 years’ experience in the private and public sectors part of which she has spent working with international organizations such as the USAID and the Trade Facilitation Centre (Canada and Geneva, Switzerland): among others. She has travelled extensively to more than 100 countries across the world. Ms. Chipo has served in various top roles in the Zambian Central Government both as a consultant and a public employee. Other notable positions she has held in various organization include the following:
• Deputy Mandate for Africa in charge of Finance and Mining: Global Phoenix Platform
• Cluster Head: Trade and Industry (ECOSSOC – African Union): Small Scale Industries Association of Zambia: Vice President

Currently she is the Board Chairperson and Founder of Southern Web Limited which has been given the mandate for development financing for several African Countries. She is an entrepreneur and fully dedicated to her clergy philanthropy work.

Fr. Francis Matunda
Fr. Francis Matunda is a Catholic Priest (on Sabbatical). He brings with him to this board a wealth of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Project Management and Networking. He is a Senior Partner at Shared Blessings Business Consults Ltd. He holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology, Post graduate studies in Theology, Diploma in philosophy, Dip CIMA Ma, Adv Dip CIMA Ma, ACPME, and a Certified Financial Administration. He has varsity experience in Treasury work, Construction and Project management, Audit, Accounting, Management and Taxation. He has also worked with various NGO’s and SME’s as a financial and Project Consultant. He sits on a number of Boards.

Mr. Kennedy Omondi Okelo
Mr. Okelo is one of Africa’s leading international development consultants in the areas of engineering, consultancy, and technology. For the last 20 years, he has supported some of the most complex but dynamic projects achieve exceptional milestones.
In 2012, he co-founded Technologies Research and Development (TRD) Ltd, a leading international development company focused on Africa, which offers innovative technology, engineering and development services. At TRD, Kennedy has worked with commercial and government partners in joint (JV/PPP) development projects focused on conceptualizing, designing, planning, financing, building and managing infrastructure, smart cities, renewable energy and ICT. He has been very instrumental in connecting development with natural resources in order to ensure that environmental ecosystems are managed sustainably.
Earlier on in his career, he served at the World Health Organization and spearheaded the building of the telecommunications infrastructure for UNICEF and WHO in Southern Sudan for managing war time health inventions. He managed to design and implement a telecommunication and ICT system that would be used to manage the immunization of over 2 million children spread throughout the entire 619,745 km2. He also coordinated multiple projects involving thousands of health workers in the world’s remotest regions.
Kennedy also worked as a Consultant at the University of Alberta (U of A), Edmonton, which is one of Canada’s leading academic health sciences centres with a reputation for research, innovation, education, and patient-centered care. He led a Team that managed the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and the Kaye Edmonton Clinic in the provision expert care to the community as well as some of the most complex and critically ill patients in Canada.

With a wealth of more than 30 years’ experience in the private and public sectors encompassing Economic Analysis, International Business networking (IBN), Privatization, Public Sector Reforms, Management Consultancy, Strategic Management, Government, Project Management, Project Financing, Organization Design and Development, Human Capital Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Tertiary Education, Business Startups, among others.
Has wide international travel and exposure in almost all continents, working or doing business in: Australia, Canada, Ghana, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Uganda, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States of America and Zambia.
He holds a MA (Economics) from University of Manchester in the UK and a BA (Economics) from University of Zambia.
He has served at various top positions in the Zambian Central Government including that of a Deputy Director in the Cabinet Office of Zambia. Was also Manager Human Capital for the Konkola Copper Mines under the Vedanta Group, which is a FTSE 100 London Stock Exchange listed company with over 30, 000 employees all over the world. Worked as Vice President – International Development for the Hazon Group Inc Washington State USA, where he also served as part of the executive board. Has held top positions in several USA companies based in Africa. He is highly and strategically networked/connected to top finance as well as Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) institutions in USA, Europe and Australia. He has served as an anchor, link and representative of several American, Australian and Malaysian companies in Africa.
